Brandkop Guest Farm offers comfortable self-catering accommodation on a working farm near the town of Nieuwoudtville. The farm is set on the circle route that runs from the waterfall, to the quiver tree forest and the wildflower reserve, and then back to Nieuwoudtville.
In early 2025, Cottage 1 underwent a complete renovation, transforming it into an even more inviting retreat. With some brand-new furniture and a fresh coat of paint, this charming little cottage in the veld received a well-deserved makeover.
This is where it all began in 2007—a humble utility building, once home to the watchman of the expansive Driekop irrigation system, was converted into our first guest cottage. It didn't take long for visitors to fall in love with the beauty and tranquility of Brandkop Cottage, often booking their next stay before they even left.

At the beginning of 2024, we embarked on an exciting project to build a new cottage on our sprawling farm in the Northern Cape. Nestled in a charming spot, this new addition was designed to offer a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. After months of dedicated work, the construction was completed in July, and we are thrilled to announce that Cottage 3 is now open for bookings.
